HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

CAUTION: Avoid Breathing Dust or Fumes. Avoid
Prolonged Or Repeated Contact With Skin.
- ACUTE HAZARDS -
EYE & SKIN CONTACT:
This substance may cause eye irritation due to the abrasive
action of the dust. The degree of the injury will depend
on the amount of material that gets into The eye and the
speed and thoroughness of the first aid treatment. Signs
and symptoms, may include pain , tears, swelling, redness,
and blurred visison.This substance is not expected to cause
prolonged or significant skin irritation.
INHALATION:
Shortness of breath on effort, difficulty breathing, coughing,
phlem production,getting more colds or infection than usual.
May cause irritation to respiratory tract including the
lungs. Avoid breathing fumes, or air-borne dust.
SWALLOWING:
May cause irritation to gastrointestinal tract.

CHRONIC HAZARDS:
This product contains silicone dioxide which in the form
of fume or airborne. Dust may cause silicosis. See “cancer
& Reproductive Damage Hazards”.
CONDITIONS AGGREVATED:
Persons with breathing and skin disorders should avoid use.
- CANCER & REPRODUCTIVE DAMAGE HAZARDS -
Cancer & Reproductive Damage Hazards:
This material contains Silicon Dioxide which in the form
of fume or air- borne dust may cause silicosis, which may
lead to cancer.
SECTION 4.
FIRST AID MEASURES & PROCEDURES
EYE CONTACT:
Flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15minutes,
lifting eyelids to ensure complete flushing of the surface.
Get medical attention if irritation develops & persists.
SKIN CONTACT:
If on skin should molten material strike the skin, flush
with cold water. Do not forcibly remove material adhering
to the skin. Thoroughly wash exposed area with mineral oil,
then flush with Water. Get medical attention immediately.
Remove contaminated Clothing.
INHALATION:
Remove to fresh air. If breathing stops, give artificial
respiration. If breathing is labored, have qualified personnel
give oxygen. Seek immediate medical attention.
SWALLOWING:
Not expected to be an ingestion problem. Never give anything
by mouth to an unconscious or Convulsing Person.

Unusual Explosion and Fire Procedures:
Water or foam may cause frothing which can be violent &
possibly endanger the life of the firefighter, especially
if sprayed into containers of hot, burning liquid. Containers
may be rupturs from internal pressure if confined to fire
area. Get nonessential persons out of area.

ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Containment & Clean-Up Procedures:
Small spill - scoop or scrape up. Put in
container for recovery or disposal.
Large spill - Eliminate all ignition sources
( flares, flames including pilot lights, electrical sparks).
Persons not wearing protective equipment should be excluded
from area of spill until clean-up has been completed. Stop
spill at source. Prevent from entering drains, sewers, streams
or other bodies of water. Prevent from spreading. If run
runoff accurs, notify authorities as required. Pump or vacuum
transfer spilled product to clean containers for recovery.
Absorb unrecoverable product . Transfer contaminated absorbent,
soil & other materials to containers for disposal.

Handling:
Keep away from heat & open flame. Use with adequate
ventilation. Avoid breathing fumes, and air-borne dust.
Wash thoroughly after handling.
Storage:
Store in a cool ventilated area. Keep container closed.
Exposure Controls:
If workplace exposure limit(s) of product or any component
is exceeded or in the absence of proper environmental control,
use NIOSH approved respirator or chemical filter mask to
prevent overexposure. OSHA regulations also permit other
NIOSH / MSHA respirators ( Negative Pressure Type ) under
specified conditions. Engineering or administrative controls
should be implemented to reduce exposure. Avoid prolonged
or repeated breathing of vapors.
Ventilation:
Use sufficient local exhaust and general mechanical ventilation
to maintain
